This major utilities company based in central Redhill have an immediate requirement for someone with 1-2 years credit controller experience. You will be responsible for dealing with new customer accounts and chasing debts of up to £100k. A good telephone manner is essential along with the ability to strike up an effective relationship with customers to help solve any account queries. As you will be the first point of contact for new customers they will build their impression of the company from their contact with you, so you must be professional and helpful at all times. Due to the continuing expansion of the business there is the possibility of a permanent role at the end of the contract, which you must be able to commit to.
